Step 1: Go to the “Counter Panel”. Note that, counter users should have full access to the counter panel.
Step 2: From the counter panel, select a boarding point and dropping point.
A boarding point is a location from where passengers will board the bus, or train, or other means of vehicle. And dropping point or destination refers to the location where passengers will be dropped.
Step 3: Now, select the date of the trip. And click “Search”.
After clicking the search button, a tab will appear with a list of coaches. From the details, users can see the info of coaches, fleet type including AC/Non AC type, seat type, etc. And they will also be able to see the departure time, ticket fare, departure sheet, and so on. CW online reservation system has a great user interface that allows the users to find these features easily.
Step 4: Click on the “view seat” option and you can see the seat details. Seat details include seat availability; the seats have various colors depending on their status.
Step 5: Select a seat from the available seats and enter the required passenger information. Then click on the “confirm selling” button to sell the ticket.
Step 6: A tab should appear from where you can print the ticket. Make sure to connect the printer device to your computer to print the ticket.
How counter users cancel tickets by using the CW online reservation system
To cancel tickets, users should follow the following procedure:
Step 1: From the counter panel, select the ticket you need to cancel by using the unique PNR number or clicking on the specific seat.
Step 2: Now, a new tab will appear, this is the “print preview” tab. From here, select the seat you want to cancel and click the “Cancel Ticket” button.
Step 3: You can also add a note in the “remark” box.
Step 4: Now, select a counter from where customers can get their refund.
Step 5: Then hit the “Submit” button to finish the cancelation process.
